Brandi’s land-based work is rooted in regenerative design, food sovereignty, and cultural healing. Her work spans urban farming, permaculture design, and the development of land-based education programs.
Cultural Experience Design
Brandi designs immersive cultural experiences that center wellness, joy, and collective healing. Through foodways, art, and ritual, her events cultivate belonging and honor the wisdom of Black and Indigenous traditions.
Facilitator / Educator / Cross-Pollinator
As a skilled facilitator and educator, Brandi brings diverse communities together to share knowledge, build capacity, and spark transformation. She leads workshops, speaks on panels, and collaborates across sectors — cross-pollinating ideas and practices that advance holistic wellness, land justice, and regenerative systems.
Positive change in a historically marginalized community, like the Bayview, starts with people and partnership. Through our partnership with many community-based organizations and the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Regional Community Benefits Initiative, we are able to recognize deserving people, HEROES, who work in our community to make a healthier Bayview a reality. Everyday, they work toward our collective goal of liberating our population from diseases directly correlated to unhealthy eating habits and environmental stressors.
